Gino D'Acampo restaurant & bar on boar lane (part of the recently refurbished Marriott-Bonvoy hotel) is looking for an experienced full time cocktail bartender to complete their bar team.

The applicant should have experience of making classics like Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritz & Spicy Margaritas, but must be equally adept at stirring Negronis, Martinis or Manhattans. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a volume led or Italian bar or restaurant environment but regardless - full training will be given.

Any applicant should have all of the necessary paperwork to be able to work legally in the UK - with an immediate start. 

Although relatively small - as a company we have sites in key cities all over the UK and have our first international opening in the offing this summer.
